I spend most of my professional time writing, reading and designing code and systems. I’m particularly interested in backend engineering, distributed systems and software that interacts with the physical world.
I currently work at Cambridge GaN Devices, where I build data infrastructure and software systems for semiconductor testing and reliability. Previously, I’ve worked on systems for logistics, fulfilment and marine operations.
For my MSc thesis, I researched transformer-based approaches to wildfire prediction and built the supporting machine learning experimentation infrastructure, using PyTorch and Weights & Biases (W&B) to manage and track experiments.
